General Sales Policies
* To book a trip a 50% deposit is required. The
deposit is non-refundable 8 weeks prior to the trip
date. You
can pay by check, money order, or any major credit
card.
* For groups of 10 or more people, 100% prepayment
is required at least 4 weeks prior to the trip date.
This prepayment is non-refundable 8 weeks prior to
the trip date.
* All day rates include breakfast, lunch, and FREE
rentals of snorkeling gear (wetsuit, mask, and
snorkel).
* Multiple day trips are also available. Please
contact TSI for more details on our multiple day shark
excursions.
* Special "add-ons" to group packages are
available at additional costs. Examples: special
menus, video and photo packages, entertainment, etc.

* All children need to be comfortable on boats and
in the water and need to be accompanied by an adult.
The number of spaces available for children is
limited per trip, so please notify TSI in advance if children will be part of your group.
Trip
Guarantees
- The
“OOPS I Missed the Trip” Guarantee:
If you miss a trip for any reason (ex. illness,
flat tire, etc.) deposits are not refundable;
however you
can use your deposit on a future trip, assuming
spaces are available (scheduled within a
year from the original trip date).
- The
Weather Guarantee:
Typically we cannot know if a trip will be
cancelled due to weather until the morning of
the trip. All
weather cancellations will be made at the dock
on the morning the trip is scheduled. Deposits
are not refundable due to weather
conditions; however you can use
your deposit for a future trip, assuming spaces
are available (scheduled within a year from
the original trip date).
- The
“Trip Didn’t Fill” Guarantee:
In order for a shark trip to run, we need a
minimum of 25 booked clients.
If for any reason a trip is cancelled due
to low bookings,
deposits are not refundable; however
you
can use your deposit on a future trip, assuming
spaces are available (scheduled within a
year from the original trip date).
**Important
Notice regarding all the above guarantees &
vouchers.
TSI limits the number of
“guarantee” or “voucher” spaces to 5
per trip. So
if you want to use a guarantee or voucher
certificate for a future trip, please notify TSI
well in advance of the trip date so that we can
reserve your spot.
