Team
Shark wants to encourage everyone to join our shark
excursions by offering extremely affordable
individual and group rates (daily rate, per person).
As the name suggests, our shark programs will
involve all TSI
clients in a team atmosphere, while we navigate the
boat, chum for sharks, tag sharks, study sharks, and
swim with sharks.
So
even if you start the day solo, we will work you
into our team-oriented programs, and by the end of
the day you will know many new faces as we
experience sharks together!
One-Day

rates include FREE rentals of snorkeling gear
(wetsuit, mask, and snorkel).

Don’t forget your towel, a warm change of clothes,
your bathing suit, sunscreen, and motion sickness
medicine (if needed).
If you have your own wetsuit, mask, or
snorkel, we recommend that you bring them.
SCUBA
DIVING WITH SHARKS
If
you are a SCUBA diver and want to experience an open
water shark dive we recommend that you contact one
or both of the following shark dive operators that
specialize in providing outstanding SCUBA
shark-dive experiences: San Diego Shark Diving (www.sdsharkdiving.com)
or Psalty Adventures (www.psaltyadventures.com/sharkdive.htm).
Both of these operations only offer shark trips
for certified SCUBA divers (no snorkelers) and
as a result they offer a more complete package
catering solely to the SCUBA diver. Please
mention that you were referred by Team Shark.
If
the previous operators cannot meet your needs, TSI
can offer a SCUBA experience that is integrated into
our standard shark snorkeling trips. If you
are a certified SCUBA Diver and have a minimum of 40
logged dives we can offer guided shark dives.
Divers maintain contact with the cage at
all times and are not allowed to handle or
touch the sharks while diving. Only
2 divers enter the water at any one time and all
divers are supervised by a TSI
dive master. Divers
attend the same dates as the scheduled snorkel trips
(see schedule).
The maximum number of divers allowed per trip
is limited to 6. Please
bring your own tanks (filled with air prior to the
dive) and weight belts. Please contact Team

team oriented shark programs will engage you and
